: معلومات المعسكر |
- KCamp hosts campers from 3-15 years of age.
- The camp is conducted from Saturday - Thursday.
- Camp program begins at 9:00 am till 2:00 pm.
- Breakfast, Snacks & refreshments will be served throughout the day.
- Every camper registerd for 3 week will be provided with 2 T-Shirts
& 1 camp ID.
- Every extra T-Shirt will be charged (KD. 3,000).
- Misplaced ID will be charged (KD. 1,000).
- Photograph to be provided for each camper with their name & contact
number writtten on the back.
- The acceptance of a camper is at the sole discretion of KCamp Directors
who reserves the right to accept or refuse any application without any
explanation or reason.
- Enrollment preference will be given to campers who enroll for the full
5 week session.

نستقبل أعمار المشتركين من 3 الى 15 سنة
مواعيد دوام المخيم من الأحد إلى الخميس
أوقات دوام المخيم من ٩:٠٠ صباحاً إلى ٢:٠٠ بعد الظهر
يشمل الفطور والمأكولا ت الخفيفة والمرطبات
يحصل كل مشترك على عدد ٢ ﺗﻲ شﻴﺮت وبطاقة هوية
لمن يشترك ٣ أسابيع وما فوق، قيمة أي ﺗﻲ شﻴﺮت إضافي ٣ د.ك
في حالة ضياع الهوية سوف يتحمل المشترك ١ د.ك
الرجاء تسليم صورة مع كتابة الأسم خلف الصورة مع رقم الهاتف
تحتفظ إدارة المعسكر بحقها في قبول أو رفض الراغبﻴﻦ في الإشتراك وليست
مقيدة بإبداء أو شرح أسباب الرفض
ﺗﻤنح الأولوية للمشتركﻴﻦ الراغبﻴﻦ بالاشتراك للفترة كلها ( ٥ أسابيع)

- Payment to be made in full upon registration.
- Cheque to be issued in the name of The Meaza Group Co.
- NO REFUND will be made once the registration is confirmed by issuing the receipt voucher.

I, the undersigned, understand that NO REFUND will be made
once the registration is confirmed by issuing the receipt voucher unless the camp is
cancelled for any reason.
I understand & certify that my child's/children's participation at KCamp & it's activities is completely voluntary.
I have familiarized myself with and accept the camp's program, code of ethics & activities in which my child/children will be participating.
I recognize that certain hazards & dangers are inherent in any camp events program. I acknowledge that although KBC has taken safety
measures to minimize the risk of injury to KCamp participants, KCamp cannot ensure nor guarantee that the participants, equipment, premises
and/or activities will be free of hazards, accidents and/or injuries. I further recognize & have instructed my child/children on the importance of
knowing & abiding by the Camp rules, regulations & procedures for the safety of Camp participants.
In the event of any injury or accident, I hereby release KCamp, Camp Directors, Camp Staff and The American School of Kuwait from all personal
and/or public liability resulting from my child's/children's participation.
I hereby acknowledge that I have read the KCamp terms & conditions and my signature is an acceptance of the to the above mentioned clauses.

أتفهم أنه لا ﻳﻤكنني إسترداد قيمة الإشتراك في حال إصدار إيصال الدفع
وأن هذه المشاركة ﺗﻤت ﺑﻤحض إرادﺗﻲ التامة، حيث أطلعت على أنشطة البرنامج وقواعد ''KCamp'' أقر وأتعهد بأنني أوافق على مشاركة طلفي / أطفالي في معسكر
وشروط المشاركة في الأنشطة التي سيقوم بها طفلي / أطفالي.
كﻤﺎ أﻧﻲ أوافق بأن المشاركة في أنشطة أي معسكر وبالأخص الرياضات البحرية ﻳﻤكن أن تتخللها بعض الأخطار أو الحوادث. وانا على علم تام بأنه بالرغم من اتخاذ
لا يقدم أي ضﻤﺎن أو يؤكد عدم تعرض طفلي للمخاطر أو الإصابات التي ﻳﻤكن أن يتسبب فيها المشاركﻴﻦ ''KCamp'' للإجراءات اللازمة للأمانة والسلامة إلا أن ''KCamp''
أو المعدات أو مقر المعسكر أو الأنشطة التي سيقوم بها.
كﻤﺎ أقر بأنني بلغت طفلي بإحترام قواعد المعسكر وإجرائاته الخاصة بأمن وسلامة المشاركﻴﻦ.
وفندق موفمبك البدع من أي حادث قد يتعرض له أبني / ابنتي، علﻤﺎً بأن الشركة ستقوم بأخد كامل الإحتياطات لعدم ''KCamp'' و أنني أخلي مسئولية إدارة
تعرض أي مشترك لاي إصابة.
